Privacy notice

This notice explains how FoodTechFit measures site use and handles information submitted through the Free FoodTechFit Audit form.

What the form collects

The form asks for your name, email address, city and state, your role with the business, business type, and primary challenge. You may optionally share a business name, website, menu or ordering link, business stage, POS provider, and areas you would like reviewed.

How the information is used

FoodTechFit uses the submitted information to review your audit request, examine the public materials you choose to share, and contact you about the audit. Your role is self-reported; the free audit does not independently verify business ownership. It is not used to make automatic changes to your website, menu, POS, or other systems.

Where the submission goes

The website first sends a private confirmation link to the email address you provide. The form details are encrypted inside that short-lived link. After you confirm, the request is sent through an email delivery provider to the FoodTechFit business inbox. The website does not place the submission in a database. Email systems may retain messages according to their security and retention settings.

What not to submit

Do not use the public form to send financial exports, payment or card information, customer records, employee records, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive information. If a deeper catalog or reporting review would be useful, FoodTechFit will discuss the scope and safer preparation steps separately.

Site measurement

FoodTechFit uses Vercel Web Analytics for basic, aggregate site measurement without analytics cookies. Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you choose “Allow Google Analytics.” It may then measure page visits, traffic sources, approximate location, device and browser information, and selected interactions with the audit journey. Google may use cookies for this measurement.

Automatic form-interaction measurement is disabled. FoodTechFit does not send names, email addresses, business details, URLs, or form answers to either analytics service. You can allow, decline, or withdraw Google Analytics permission at any time through the “Analytics choices” button on the site.

Your choices

You may ask FoodTechFit to correct or delete a submitted audit request by emailing hello@foodtechfit.com. Legal or operational requirements may affect how quickly a copy can be removed from email backup systems.
